Enrollment in Tutor Charlotte Inc. Home School Learning Program.

  • You must verbally speak with the master tutor before signing up your student in a Tutor Charlotte Home School Program.

  • Your student must have access to the internet, speakers on their computer, and a working printer to printout academic work before signing up for a Tutor Charlotte Program.

  • You must verbally speak with the master tutor before changing your program to another program and making payment.

  • Failure to notify the master tutor of a change in your choice of programs will not always result in acceptance in another program and may result in a refund of your payment if it has been made.

  • Tutor Charlotte has a limited number of available student slots in any given month and can not have more than 25 students in the online instruction for the Home School Learning 2017-2018. There are only 8 available student slots available in in-person instruction for the Home School Learning 2017-2018 total throughout the year.

  • The parent is required to stay with the student for a minimum of 2 hours and complete all forms during in-person instruction for Home School Learning Program 2017-2018.

  • The parent is required to stay with the student for a minimum of 2 hours and complete all forms during online instruction for Home School Learning Program 2017-2018.

  • Please be aware of the cost of academic tutoring for the first three months.

    • There is the regular program cost each month.

    • Recommended, but not required-Initial 2 six hour tutoring sessions cost $40.00 to teach the student study habits, our mathematics and English Grammar regimen and protocols. The parent(s) must schedule the time for the two six hour tutoring sessions to take place on a Saturday and Sunday. The student will also be taught proper learning skills, master note taking, and begin the completion of "Set Theory and Logic" for reading comprehension. Grades 6-12 only.

    • Recommended, but not required-$40.00 academic assessment fee will be charged during the third month of academic tutoring for mathematics, reading comprehension, and English Grammar for new students beginning September 1, 2017. The academic assessment takes six hours. The parent(s) must schedule the time for the session to take place in the third month of tutoring.

  • If you wish to sign up for our Home School Learning Program 2017-2018 education and a student slot is not available, you will be put on a waiting list. We will call you when there is an opening.

State laws require that out of school suspensions and law violations be reported to the State Board of Education. Principals must document acts of disruption, crime and violence on their school property or at school-sponsored events. School administrators report into an internet database, NC WISE, the number of offenses that result in school based consequences, in school suspensions, and out of school suspensions, including the number of acts of crime and violence that occur on their school campus or at school events. *
