If your parent referral results in a student enrolling in a Tutor Charlotte Program for at least one month (30 days):

• Program I      We will pay you $100.00 cash through PayPal or CashApp per student.

• Program II     We will pay you $100.00 cash through PayPal or CashApp per student.

• Program III    We will pay you $150.00 cash through PayPal or CashApp per student.

• Program IV    We will pay you $150.00 cash through PayPal or CashApp per student.

To collect the sales commission cash, the following are required:

a. You must complete the form above completely.

b. The parent of the student referred to Tutor Charlotte must complete the online application for enrollment in Tutor Charlotte and make payment for the same selected program for two consecutive months with no refund.

c. Tutor Charlotte will send the sales commission cash to your email address through PayPal or through CashApp 30 days after parent’s payment has been fully vetted.

d. The maximum payout per salesperson is $1,000.00 U.S. dollars per month.
