The Tutor Charlotte Program III Unlimited Intensive Tutoring is a comprehensive academic enrichment program designed for students in grades 4 through 8. For $250.00 per month, students receive rigorous support across core subjects and technology.
Expanded Curriculum
This program follows the specific standards and curriculum guides of the student's school to ensure classroom success.
Mathematics: Comprehensive instruction in Pre-Algebra, Math I, Algebra I, and Geometry.
Mathematical Logic: Advanced "Thinking Mathematically" modules covering Set Theory and Logic.
Computer Science (New): Introductory to intermediate Python programming lessons, focusing on coding logic, syntax, and problem-solving.
English Language Arts (ELA): Mastery of English grammar, reading comprehension, and essay composition.
General Science: Target support for 4th through 8th-grade science standards.
American History: Supplemental learning via lectures on the Tutor Charlotte YouTube Channel.
Flexible & Intensive Schedule
The program provides a minimum of 28 to 30 hours of tutoring per month, available seven days a week:
Monday – Thursday: Group tutoring sessions from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (20–22 hours per month).
Weekly 1-on-1s: Six 30-minute private online sessions per week to target specific learning gaps.
Weekend Intensive: Unlimited academic tutoring hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, contingent upon the completion of assigned academic work.
All sessions are conducted in our secure online classrooms with a live master tutor, Dr. Kevin L. Powell, providing a structured yet accessible environment for students to excel in their studies and modern technical skills.
*A one-time non-refundable registration fee $100.00 and one-time non-refundable orientation tutoring class fee $26.06 apply. *After the orientation tutoring class, a parent can get a complete refund of the program fee $250.00, registration fee $100.00, and orientation fee $26.06 if they cancel their student’s enrollment in Tutor Charlotte within 24 hours.lectures in American and World History on the Tutor

Question: Do I need a desktop computer for my student?
Yes, your student must have access to the internet, speakers on their computer, and I recommend access to a working printer to printout academic work. I recommend a desktop computer over Ipads and other devices.
Do you do academic assessments of your students?
Yes, my students do continuous academic assessments in math and English grammar to determine the student’s skills in the subject being tutored. The continuous academic assessment allows us to adjust your student’s academic tutoring to fit their needs.
Question: Do you tutor ELA?
After a careful assessment of the student’s English grammar skills, the student is taught by the master tutor, Dr. Kevin L. Powell, using the Glencoe Language Arts English Grammar and Composition Handbook with complete assessment questions in each chapter based on the reading level of the student. In addition, the student will begin studying and incorporating 5,014 SAT vocabulary words for reading comprehension. The student is continuously tested to measure their academic progress. The student is taught English composition (writing and structure).
