You can reduce your tutoring bill to almost ZERO every month by helping us get new students. Here’s how:

  1. Flex-Plan-Students in Programs I, II, III, or IV automatically participate in our Flex-Plan and can have their program monthly fee reduced by $20.00 for each currently enrolled student on their Flex-Plan. A currently enrolled student is a student on their Flex Plan who does not have an outstanding balance owed to Tutor Charlotte on the day the Program I, II, III, or IV student’s tutoring bill is due.

  2. Flex Plan-Program I, II, III, or IV students can have up to 8 non-sibling relatives, friends, or classmates on their Flex Plan to receive academic group math tutoring only in the Auditorium Classroom 5 days a week from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST for high school students, and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST for middle school students grades 4-8, in addition to two 30 minute 1 on 1 tutoring sessions during the week, and one 60 minute tutoring session on the weekend.

a. “Classmates” means students in your Program I or II student’s public or private school. “Relatives” means students not living in the same household of your Program I or II student and who are not siblings of your Program I or II student. “Friends” means a student who does not live in the same household with your student.

b. The Tutor Charlotte Student Application is required to participate in the Flex-Plan with the following information up to date: Teacher’s name, email address, name of school with address, and permission to contact the Program I or I student’s math teacher. Tutor Charlotte will contact your students’ math teacher.
