b. The parent of the student referred to Tutor Charlotte must complete the online application for enrollment in Tutor Charlotte and make payment for the same selected program for two consecutive months.
c. Tutor Charlotte will send the referral cash to an email address through PayPal or through CashApp after the referred parent makes the second payment.
