Tutor Charlotte Protocol and Curriculum states the student starting in grades 4 to 8 should be taught the first four chapters of “Single Variable Calculus” when the student has shown the ability to do the calculations. The student in grades 4 to 8 do not have to read the Calculus textbook. The sections of the Calculus textbook will be explained to them by the master tutor.
There is no level of math that can not be taught to a student starting in 6th Grade.
Calculus looks impossible to learn. But a master tutor, mathematician, and physicist can do almost anything to bring out the genius and brilliance in any student.
Tutor Charlotte Protocol and Curriculum states the student in grades 9 to 12 should be taught the first four chapters of “Single Variable Calculus” when the student has shown the ability to do the calculations while learning Algebra I, Algebra II, Advanced Algebra, and Precalculus.
The student in grades 9 to 12 should read one section of Calculus before each tutoring session. The student should study the examples, take careful notes, and be ready for the master tutor to lecture on the Calculus section.
The student should find concepts during their reading of each section of Calculus they do not understand, and prepare questions for the master tutor.
