To collect the referral cash, the following are required:

a. You must complete the form above completely.

b. The parent of the student referred to Tutor Charlotte must complete the online application for enrollment in Tutor Charlotte and make payment for the same selected program for two consecutive months.

c. Tutor Charlotte will issue a check or Western Union the referral fee to the person who referred the parent of the student in the form above on the 60th day of academic tutoring after the two consecutive monthly payments by the parent of the referred student.
